Michael LaPaglia, M.A., Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Owner / Operator of Behavioral Compass, Inc., has over eighteen uninterrupted years of experience in the fields of behavioral mental health and special education.
His services have been dedicated to the provision of behavioral assessment, treatment development, training, clinical supervision, and consultation with families, mental health agencies, special education teachers, administrators, and other school district staff relating to children and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and other behavioral problems.
Michael has presented trainings and workshops to more than 1,500 participants over the past several years representing more than ten different school districts and human service agencies.
